Crushing Equipment

In modern times, mining, construction, and waste recycling are impossible without specialized machinery. Crushing equipment is used to reduce solid raw materials by mechanical action.

These machines make the processing of raw materials faster and more efficient in mining, construction, and infrastructure projects. They also help solve waste disposal issues by enabling reuse of recycled materials, creating added value.

Our product line includes various types of crushers, categorized by their crushing mechanisms:

  • Cone crushers
  • Jaw crushers
  • Impact crushers
  • Centrifugal crushers
  • Hammer crushers

We also offer additional attachments and spare parts. All items are certified and undergo strict quality control.

Screens and Jigs

Jigging machines are used for pre-concentration of ores, sands, or concentrates. They are designed for gravity separation in water media, suitable for both primary and placer ores of non-ferrous metals, diamonds, and other mineral materials.

LTS offers a wide range of jigging machines:

  • Fixed-screen machines are commonly used in ore beneficiation, including diaphragm and pistonless jigs
  • Moving-screen machines are primarily used for fine ores (particle size <10 mm), where separation occurs due to vertical movement of the screen within the machine body

We will select the appropriate equipment in accordance with your technical specifications.

Magnetic Separators

Magnetic separation is widely applied in the processing of ores that contain magnetic minerals, such as iron and manganese ores. It is also used in refining concentrates with rare earth magnetic minerals (e.g., ilmenite, monazite) and in separating wolframite–cassiterite mixtures, where wolframite is magnetic and cassiterite is non-magnetic.

Separation takes place in a magnetic field generated by either permanent magnets or electrified conductors. The magnetic field is characterized by its magnetic induction (B), which determines the force acting on a moving electric charge or a magnetic material.

Magnetic induction reflects the strength of the field and the force acting perpendicular to it. A field generated by conduction currents (independent of material magnetism) is characterized by magnetic field intensity, which in a vacuum equals magnetic induction. Field intensity is influenced solely by current strength and conductor geometry.

We will select the right separator based on your project’s technical requirements.

Flotation Machines

Flotation machines are among the most in-demand mineral processing machines in the mining industry. They are used for beneficiation of a wide range of ores.

Their working principle is based on the adhesion of certain minerals to gas-liquid interfaces. Gas bubbles attach to hydrophobic mineral particles, which then rise to the surface as froth. The froth product is skimmed off for further processing, while the tailings settle and are discharged.

The simplest flotation machines (mechanical type) self-aspirate air and mix it with slurry using a rotating impeller. Larger machines (pneumo-mechanical or pneumatic) receive compressed air via external blowers, typically driven by electric motors.

Industrial flotation machines operate continuously, while laboratory units often work intermittently.

Flotation is used alongside gravity and magnetic separation techniques and can effectively separate nearly all types of finely ground minerals if the reagent scheme is properly selected.

When selecting a flotation machine, key technical parameters must be considered:

  • Cell volume (m³): defines how much slurry can be processed per cycle (typically 0.14–300 m³)
  • Throughput (m³/min): measures pulp flow capacity
  • Specific power consumption (kW/m³): affects machine efficiency (typical range: 0.85–2.8 kW/m³)

Other important specifications include motor power and air consumption per unit volume.

Centrifuges

A centrifuge separates solid and liquid phases of a slurry. The slurry enters a rotating drum through a distributor. Under centrifugal force, solids form a cake and liquid forms filtrate.

The cake accumulates on a slotted basket screen and is moved stepwise toward the discharge zone by a reciprocating pusher.

The filtrate exits the centrifuge housing through a hydromechanical cyclone into a filtrate receiver.

Up to 80% of liquid is separated in the first-stage basket, while the second-stage increases overall capacity by up to 25%.

In most cases, continuous centrifuges offer the best technical and economic solution for mechanical solid-liquid separation. Despite their compact size and low energy consumption, they deliver high throughput with minimal residual moisture.

Conveyors

The importance of mining conveyors becomes clear when considering their critical role in material handling. A belt conveyor system simplifies the transportation of ore and waste across a mining site.

These systems move materials reliably from one zone to another—e.g., from extraction to processing or to stockpiles.

Efficient conveyors improve productivity, reduce labor, and support safe operations.

Selecting the right conveyor for mining is vital for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Leading belt suppliers like LTS provide expertise and tailored solutions to meet specific industry needs.

When choosing a conveyor system, the following operational factors are crucial:

  • Terrain and layout
  • Material characteristics
  • Required throughput
  • Reliability and maintenance schedule

Our experts will conduct a comprehensive needs analysis and offer the best-fit solution.
